Gift Cards

An AXXESS store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Gift cards and store credits are valid for 12 months. 

If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us a help@shopaxxess.com with your order number and brief explanation for further assistance.

Orders

Darn. Type the wrong address? This is pretty common. Our team processes and packs orders pretty quick. Unfortunately once orders are places we can't change the details. Email or DM us if you need any help. We'll do our best to get things situated but just keep in mind we can't make any promises. 

Don't worry, we got you covered. As soon as your order is shipped out, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. 

Also you can track your package here. 

Please note, once item is shipped out anything that is to happen in the hands of the mail carrier is no longer our responsibility. However, please contact us when you realize your package has yet to come and we will make sure to get to the bottom of it.

Lastly, keep in mind during high volume sale periods there can be delays with processing orders. While our team is working on hard on getting everything shipped please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and thank you for shopping with Axxess!

Final sale items are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked clear and not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team. Any unauthorized final sale items which are posted back to AXXESS will be refused. upon delivery and returned to sender.

Due to hygiene purposes, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments and accessories are final sale. 

Any for sale items are also final sale. 

Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to MESHKI will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

Returns

Our goal is to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. There for YES, we do offer returns through store credit only. As long as the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, this resolution applies if:

  • The item doesn't fit
  • You are not satisfied with the quality
  • or, you decided to change your mind or see something else cuter!

Please be advised Axxess will only accept returns under the following conditions

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including but not limited to makeup and body spray
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date
  • The items have no oder (including deodorant, perfume, detergent)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase

Accessories, swimwear, undergarments, bodysuits are all final sale for due hygiene purposes

AXXESS reserves the right to reject returns beyond the following conditions. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by AXXESS.

Please note that all return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $8.95 and is couriered via USPS. The customer is responsibility for covering the cost with an exception if the case is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been confirmed via email or through our portal. Any items returned on its own will not be granted access to full store-credit refund.

Returns will take approximately 5 -7 business days to process through once received to the returns team .

We know you want your order and our team is working hard to get it out as soon as possible! Unfortunately, once an order is submitted we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Billing or shipping address update
  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request
  • Shipping method change

Our team prides ourselves with sending out our packagings with love and care to make sure your item(s) come in great condition. However, in the unfortunate case of an item being delivered faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement if your item is still in stock or store credit. 

When submitting a damaged order please email orders@shopaxxess.com. Please make sure the following:

  • item is unworn and all tags are still attached
  • must notify us within 14 days of delivery date including the order number, a breif description of what happen and pictures of the damaged items to be assessed by our customer service team before the item is returned. 

AT AXXESS, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a minor fault with an item, a repair reimbursement is the first preferred option. 

Please note: once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5 -7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience during this time.
